I hope that you are happy with your purchase but in the event that you want to return the item please contact me immediately for return authorization. Return or exchange unworn merchandise in its original condition is permitted within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of the cost of the merchandise.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return/exchange is the result of my error.

Expect a refund within 7 to 14 days after I have received your return in perfect condition. Refund will be in the same form of payment that was used for the purchase.

If an exchange is requested I will pay the ground shipping cost back to you, excluding international orders.

Please carefully package your return, ideally in the same BOX used to ship it to you along with its packing materials. Enclose a copy of the sales receipt and please handwrite which item you'd like to exchange for.

We recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post from USPS. Be sure to insure your package. I am not responsible for any damage or loss of returns in transit. Returned items are the customer's responsibility until they reach me.
